Radiant Eyes 04:11
Eyes bright, burning light --Come home-- Home to me slow like the sea --Come home-- Radiant eyes Shine against the skies --Come home-- Goodbye to doubt For this love I am devout Words so sincere the eraser of my fear Whispered in my ear the depth of your devotion! Eyes bright, burning light --Come home-- Home to me slow like the sea --Come home-- Radiant eyes Shine against the skies --Come home--

So Hollow 04:05
You can take it all Everything we know You can break it all You chose a path I cannot follow You left a heart in me so hollow Changing skies above Breaking hearts below On again True love Off again Bruised love You chose a path I cannot follow You left a heart in me so hollow You can take it all Everything we know You can break it all

Calm The sun sets in your eyes Come Remind me what it's like Where did the love we had go Cannot break Cannot shake This pale purple glow This forever flow So empty inside Like a part of me died Search for the pieces of this broken heart No longer can I claim this innocence Fading from my heart is the will to be one Fear in my words--last words to my love Fire fading quickly, your lips have left me cold The ending of a romance with the ending left untold Remember Your pain Remember The pain Cannot break Cannot shake This pale purple glow This forever flow Search for the pieces of this broken heart Empty

about

From the press:

Critically acclaimed post-black metal band GHOST HORIZON will release The Erotics of Disgust on April 7 2017. This time around the band consists of founder Dan Stollings (Ex Psychobliss, Severed Receptors) and drummer "Frog" Magus (Norse).

Stollings commented that the EP " has been waiting in the darkness for quite a while now--it's been completed for months. It's been hard to let this EP into the world, because in a lot of ways, I'm sharing some pretty deep emotions that I would never talk about otherwise. I've been through a lot of ups and downs in the process of it's creation, and I think that's reflected pretty heavily in the music. The decision to do the vocals myself was also a part of this realization that in order to portray exactly what I'm thinking, I need to use my own voice. Nothing on this album is perfect. I didn't want it to be perfect. At first I went into writing with the mentality that this will be the best produced thing I've ever done, but after finishing the vocals, I realized this thing needs to be raw. And so it was."

Past praise for Ghost Horizon:

"In almost twelve minutes, Ghost Horizon spew their brutal and immersive black metal over the listener, showing absolutely no mercy. Their approach towards this genre is intense, fierce and modern, somewhere in the neighbourhood of Wolves In The Throne Room or Woods Of Ypres perhaps. Yet, there also seems to be a massive nudge towards the vintage, old school version of this genre."-Merchants of Air

"Ghost Horizon manage to create a dynamic environment of sound that is truly captivating. It is an impressive emergence onto the scene through a brief collection of tracks that I have become thoroughly addicted to."-Nine Circles
